My journey into influence system mastery didn’t start with a plan. It started with loss.
In 2022, I was laid off from a senior leadership role. Overnight, the title, certainty, and direction disappeared. That moment forced a deeper question: why do some people regain momentum and opportunity—while others stay invisible?
Since then, I’ve immersed myself in the science of influence—thousands of hours reading , interviewing, and writing about how humans decide, remember, trust, and act—drawing from behavioral science, neuroscience, and two decades of brand strategy experience across healthcare and technology. I’ve worked with executives, founders, and marketers navigating reinvention and professional growth.
Along the way, I rebuilt my own platform. I went from being the best kept secret in my company to being named the #1 LinkedIn creator in the world for branding and positioning in 2024, and have grown an audience of 140,000+ followers by applying the very principles I teach.
