THE PROCESS

3x 60 minute sessions, a whole lot of self-reflection and yes, homework.

DISCOVER

In this first session, we will get into your current story. It’s going to feel messy and all over the place. With some homework questions for prompts, we will dig into who you want to serve, why you do what you do, how you uniquely serve them, and what you offer.

DEFINE

We start to define the red thread across your professional and personal life - which will serve as the essence of your story. We will also dive into your core values and how that affects your approach to all things.

DECIDE

In this final session, we will take an archetypal approach to address your motivations, strategies, and personality traits. This session will close off any open loops and make final decisions on all elements of your personal brand platform - delivered to you in a PDF.

What problem were you trying to solve?

I was trying to figure out how to articulate what I’m up to in a way that is clear and compelling.

What made you the happiest about working with Howie?

His creative brain, his straight talk, and the joy that we both mutually get from a really great idea.

What was the most helpful thing throughout the process?

The framework and structure that Howie puts in place. Even though I had seen it in company brand work, it was a whole new experience for my own personal brand.

Bringing IT ALL Under One Roof - Archita Fritz

What problem or challenge were you trying to solve?

Transitioning away from my 'corporate brand'. I had to find clarity in communicating what I stand for, who I help, and how I help them. I needed help with a structure that I could build my “Ready Set Bold” brand off of.

What has exceeded your expectations?

You gave me language I didn’t have that wasn’t another platitude in describing what and how I drive impact for my clients and the organizations they serve. 

The Impact Cycle! It was fire, really appreciated what you created there, you captured the essence of what I do for my clients so simply.

Three sessions is miraculous for doing this work and having fresh language to use in sharing my work with others. Thank you, Howie!

What was the most helpful thing from the sessions?

Howie is very agile and adept at listening for your truth. He certainly got mine. He gave me a narrative and a true essence I can confidently use for marketing my services as a consultant and a coach.

What would you say to others considering this program?

I would tell them to share openly and freely and trust that Howie will connect the dots for you. Take time to get grounded, collect any collateral or writing that pertains your own exploration of who you are and what you deliver, and share it with Howie. He is a synthesizer who will take it all in and bring it together for you. It's a sigh of relief at the other end of it!

What problem were your trying to solve?

I was trying to get clarity on how to put all the puzzle pieces of my brand together.

What exceeded your expectations?

The final brand platform was so helpful. It brought everything together on how to think about my brand. I literally used the one pager to finish setting up my brand messaging and story.

What would you say to others considering this program?

Even if you think you have clarity on what your brand is, there is always something that you can learn by working with an expert. Working with Howie I had the opportunity to polish my ideas on how to position my brand, building upon my initial concept.

What was it like before and after the program?

I had a lot of information, I had a pretty good idea of how my brand should sound but I needed more clarity still. There were so many ideas that were simply not core, or not necessarily aligned with the concept I was trying to build.

To consolidate how I think about my business, and brand, to position myself in a clearer, more powerful way. 

What made you the happiest about working with Howie?

Howie has a very approachable personality, is patient and present, and full of critical questions that provoke the right level of thought.  All of these elements combined made our time together really exciting for me, and after each call I stayed in the content of our discussion for a few days.  

What was the most helpful thing throughout the process?

I found the pre-meeting questions to be the most helpful.  They set expectations for the work, and pressured me to come prepared for each session.  I found that accountability helpful in maximising the time together.

What has exceeded your expectations?

How much actionable information I was able to gather throughout the process, ie. during the calls I was able to explore ideas and practice them, and then during the week I could build upon them. The Brand Platform has a great deal of content beyond what we were discussing, and it is clear, connected and has a flow to it. 

What would you say to someone considering a coach for their personal brand?

Work with Howie! 

What was it like before the sessions and then after the sessions?

I can't really remember what it was like before the sessions.  Now though, I have something clear to work toward as it relates to positioning and building out products and frameworks.
